Self Love Course
A 30-day course designed to teach you how to cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself. Follow the tasks, assignments, guided meditations, and 30-day journal challenge (complete with optional prompts) to achieve greater self-awareness and to take a big step towards healing your blocks and limiting beliefs. Course includes two synchronous virtual tarot readings—one at the start and one upon completion—to help give you guidance and set an intention for the duration of the course and to carry with you into the future. The rest of the course is totally asynchronous and can be completed at a pace that feels good to you.

Voice Lesson
Take vocal lessons from me (a classically trained vocalist with over 12 years of voice teaching and 20 years of performing experience). Whether you’re looking to improve your karaoke game, work on your chops as a professional musician, prepare for an audition, want to engage your throat chakra and fortify your boundaries and authenticity, or vocalize in a more gender-affirming way, I can help!
Lessons last an hour and are available over Zoom or in person.

If you find yourself feeling lost, hopeless, lacking confidence, struggling with codependency, needing someone to hear you, feeling the need to lay boundaries but being unable to do so, or if you’re just wanting to feel better but lack the resources to access traditional means, consider my mentoring services. Conducted virtually and with a casual and non-judgmental atmosphere, I will meet you where you are—I will see you, hear you, and I will commit to understanding you. I will help you notice and deprogram the repeating thought patterns holding you hostage, and reprogram self-compassion in their place. Together we can help you find your way back to yourself
